TERM OF AGREEMENT

1.1 The term of this Agreement ("Term") shall commence on and shall remain in full force for an initial period of year(s).

1.2 A formal Performance Review shall be conducted at the end of year to evaluate account progression and service efficacy.

EXCLUSIVE APPOINTMENT

The Creator hereby appoints Kinky Kandee LTD as their exclusivepersonal manager and business representative worldwide. This appointment covers all digital platforms, brand partnerships, and ancillary revenue streams originating from the Creator's public brand and content.

MANAGER'S OBLIGATIONS

3.1Development and implementation of holistic content strategies and scaling blueprints.
3.2Full-cycle account management including 24/7 fan engagement and direct message monetisation.
3.3Contract negotiation, legal protection, and brand partnership procurement.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

4.1 The Creator agrees to a performance-based commission of thirty percent (30%) of Gross Revenue generated from all managed services.

4.2 Payouts shall be processed on a basis. Kinky Kandee LTD shall provide an itemised statement of earnings and deductions for each cycle.

EXPENSES & RECOUPMENT

Manager will advance reasonable costs related to marketing, production, and technology. Such costs are recoupable from Gross Revenue prior to commission calculation. The Manager will notify the Creator of any single expense exceeding £500.

General Provisions

6.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

6.2 Termination requires 30 days written notice by either party.
